Both a hit and a miss

The friendly staff truly made our stay enjoyable, going above and beyond to ensure we felt at home.

Our stay was marred by cleanliness issues and a lack of attention to details that left much to be desired.

The location was perfect for quick beach trips. I especially liked the competitive rate and how clean my room felt.

It was just a good match for a brief hiatus in Wilmington with good price value. The waffle maker at breakfast was the highlight, surprisingly tasty. Check outside your room for trash to avoid unpleasant smells.

Upon entering the room, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke that lingered throughout my stay. The carpets looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum in ages, and I spotted a dingy couch in the corner with a visible cigarette burn. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. the tub had persistent yellow stains that made it feel unsanitary, and I hesitated to use it. To top it off, there was a broken hair dryer that was useless and only added to the frustration.

Had a nice stay with some cool perks like the pool to unwind and free Wi-Fi that worked great for streaming. It’s a laid-back spot with a comfy bed, but it could be cleaner in some corners. Still, if you're looking for a chill place to crash, this is worth checking out! 😊

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was super old and could've been cleaner. There was a balloon under the dresser, so clearly they missed cleaning under there. The room felt a bit musty too. And I was bummed out because they advertised free breakfast, but I didn’t see anything worth eating. The staff were really friendly and helpful, though!
